☆ If what you want to commission makes me uncomfortable, I reserve the right to refuse your commission.
☆ All commissions are for personal use only! This means you cannot sell and make profits from my art/illustrations unless there was a prior agreement, or you purchase the commercial use to it.

♡ As the creator, I own all copyrights over my works, be it artwork or designs
☆ You may not edit my art without permission
♡ You may not steal, copy, heavily reference, reuse, sell, redistribute, profit or make merchandise out of my artworks or designs
☆ I will do everything to try and create a commission that you, the customer, are satisfied with
♡ First come first serve. (priority/rush fee is available)
☆ Please do not complain about my prices, I understand if my prices are out of the price range you are looking for. But please be respectful.
♡ Please do not spam me for updates (like on a daily basis please T-T)
☆ You are at least 16 years or older and are in possession of your own means to afford and pay for my artwork
♡ Commissions are subject to be streamed unless the client notifies me not to.
☆ You must provide clear references upon your commission, I deserve the right to ask for more references if needed
♡ I have the right to reject and blacklist you if you make me uncomfy, become problematic, etc. please treat me with respect, and I will you do the same.
☆ Commission turnaround can range between approx.. 3 weeks~5 months, depending on what the commission is, my workflow, and/or my inspiration. I refuse to work under deadlines, unless discussed prior.
♡ you may not use any of my artworks or designs in association with a//i generators, n//fts (non-fungible tokens) and alike.
